Returns & Refunds
We love our car care gear and we want you to love it too. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on microfibre towels or brushes if they have been used or come into contact with water/chemicals.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
