1. Order Processing We know you're eager to get your hands on your new detailing gear! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
2. UK Shipping Options We offer two simple, fully tracked delivery options to get your tools to you as quickly as possible:

3. Delivery Partners To ensure your accessories arrive in perfect condition, we partner with the UK's most trusted couriers, primarily Royal Mail and DPD. Every order is fully tracked for your peace of mind.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
5. Damaged Items Our gear is built to last, but if an item arrives damaged (e.g., a broken brush handle), please contact our support team at support@z-detailing.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve any issues as a priority.
6. International Shipping We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
